Challenge
Make the case for a significant expansion — around 8,300 m² of new space — to funders and the local authority, with a business case that could withstand Green Book scrutiny.
What we did
Led the research programme and authored the business case: audience and market analysis, options appraisal, economic and financial cases, and benefits realisation.
