Green Book as standard
We apply HM Treasury Green Book methodology to appraise options and justify expenditure, whether or not the funder requires it. It produces better decisions.

We translate social and environmental goals into measurable economic value, so they carry weight in the room where money is decided.

Hugh Thompson, MSc
Founder and Principal Consultant
Hugh is a strategic business consultant specialising in socio-economic impact assessment and business case development. He has championed the circular economy and resource efficiency since 2003 and leads the firm’s Green Book and evaluation work.
Dr Leigh Champagnie, PhD
Associate, Engineering and Sustainability
Leigh is an engineer, educator and sociologist with more than thirty years’ experience across engineering, sustainability and construction. His work focuses on the adoption of renewable energy in the UK and the practical delivery of low-carbon projects.
Karen Grierson, MSc
Associate, Strategy and Growth
Karen is an Academic & Entrepreneur with deep expertise in understanding markets & business planning. She lectures in International Business at Sheffield Hallam University and is currently also a Researcher at the University of Leeds.
